The Task Force has contracted with Turner Consulting Group to conduct the research and consultations and work with the Anti-Black Racism Task Force to develop the strategy. The consultants have conducted a review of the literature, consulted with agencies and the Black service users to understand the issues. They have also worked with the task force to develop a 4-year strategy to address the identified issues. These documents can be downloaded below.
